Her love affair with floral design began with the introduction of Ikenobo, the oldest school of Ikebana. In 2006, she joined Ikenobo-ikebana Society of Manila where she currently holds the traditional title of Kasho (equivalent to teacher’s assistant). After training in the Institute of Philippine Floral Technique, she opened Petals and Scents Floral Design in 2010 to offer her expertise in theGreater Manila region and nearby provinces. In addition to the floral trade, she uses her Chemical Engineering background in search of enticing scents and aromas, may it be luxurious bath soaps, candles, perfumes, aromatherapy, and even dishwashing liquids!
With three daughters, a husband, and a houseful of cats, she leads a life of humor and pursuit of happiness.
